  • 1 chopped onion
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 2 tablespoons of tomato paste
  • 2 teaspoons of cumin
  • 1 teaspoon of paprika
  • 1 teaspoon of turmeric
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 glass of water
Preparation of the recipe

Sauté the onion and garlic in oil. Add the meat, spices, and tomato paste. Add water and let it simmer over low heat for 45 minutes until the meat is tender.
