  • 4 chicken pieces (thighs or breasts)
  • 2 tablespoons of white pepper, crushed
  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 200 ml of heavy cream
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 100 ml of chicken broth
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Preparation of the recipe

Prepare the Chicken: Season the chicken pieces with salt and crushed white pepper.

Cook the Chicken: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil and butter over medium heat.

Add the chicken pieces and brown them on both sides (about 5-7 minutes per side). Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

Prepare the Sauce: In the same skillet, add the sliced onion and minced garlic. Sauté until tender (about 3-4 minutes).

Add the chicken broth and simmer for a few minutes to reduce slightly.

Stir in the heavy cream and mix well. Let it simmer for 2-3 minutes.

Finish: Return the chicken to the skillet and let it simmer on low heat for about 10 minutes until the chicken is fully cooked and coated in the sauce.

Serving: Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley if desired. Pair it with rice, pasta, or vegetables.
