  • 500g of meat (lamb, chicken, or fish)
  • 2 carrots
  • 2 zucchinis
  • 1 potato
  • 2 tablespoons of harissa
  • 1 teaspoon of turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon of tabel (Tunisian spice blend)
  • 1 teaspoon of paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil
Preparation of the recipe

Prepare the couscous by steaming it. In another pot, sauté the meat with the spices, add the vegetables, and let it cook for 1 hour. Serve the meat and vegetables over the couscous.
