Ingredients for the Dough:

  • 500g of flour
  • 1 tablespoon of baker’s yeast
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • A pinch of salt
  • 250ml of warm water

Ingredients for the Topping:

  • 200g of tuna or merguez
  • 2 tomatoes sliced
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 bell pepper sliced
  • 100g of grated cheese
  • 2 tablespoons of harissa
  • 1 teaspoon of cumin
  • 1 teaspoon of paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
Preparation of the recipe

Mix the dough ingredients and let it rest for 1 hour. Roll out the dough and brush it with harissa diluted in a little water. Add the tomatoes, onions, peppers, tuna or merguez, then sprinkle with cheese and spices. Bake at 200°C for 20 minutes.
