  • 300g of meat (chicken, lamb, or beef)
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 tablespoon of harissa
  • 1 teaspoon of turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon of paprika
  • 1 teaspoon of tabel (Tunisian spice blend)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil
Preparation of the recipe

Mix all the ingredients in a pot with a little water. Cover and let it cook over low heat for about 45 minutes until the rice absorbs the water.
